February 19, 2008 - James Dolan was born in 1956 and is currently the Chairman of the Board of Cablevision Systems Incorporated. This company is the parent company of the Madison Square Garden corporation located in NYC. Dolan also is owner to NBA team the New York Knicks, NHL team New York Rangers and WNBA team New York Liberty.
Though Dolan may be successful in the sports arena, his career has been plagued with competitive failure and other media controversies. He has often been the target of NY media regarding sports.
