February 19, 2008 - New York City is considered the most populous city in the United States of America. It's metropolitan area is among the largest in the world. For more than 100 years, the city was considered the heart of commerce and finance industries. Currently, it stands as a symbol for media, entertainment, fashion, education and politics.
New York City is made up of five various boroughs each consisting of a various county. These five areas include the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island. In 2001, New York City was involved in one of America's most deadly terrorist attack. On September 11, two airlines smashed into the World Trade Centers causing thousands of lives to be lost and the buildings to crumble to the ground.
